- First, place eggs in a heavy-bottomed pan and fill it with cold water. These eggs should be immersed in at-least one inch of water.
- Bring the water to a rapid boil keeping the pan uncovered.
- Then remove the pan from the heat and cover it for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs in a bowl of cold water for few minutes.
- Now peel the eggs easily and enjoy with little salt and pepper.
