Chicken Cheese Balls – Part Of Father’s Day Collaboration

Instructions

1. Blend the boneless chicken along with coriander leaves.
2. Add chopped garlic, ginger, butter, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, some chopped spring onion greens, hot sauce or you can add chili garlic sauce, 1 egg yolk and mix them really well.
3. Cover with cling film and keep it aside for 30 minutes and so.
4. Let's prepare the coating for the chicken.
5. Take 1 cup all purpose flour in a plate. Add little salt and mix.. This is my first coating for the chicken cheese balls
6. Next is wet coating. Mix egg whites left, milk, salt and white pepper and keep aside too.
7. 3rd coating is breadcrumbs that I'm gonna put in a zip lock bag. This is my homemade breadcrumb. I made this with leftover bread
8. Let's prepare the balls.
9. Take 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture on palm. But before that make sure you grease your palm with little oil.
10. Flat the mixture little and put 1 mozzarella cheese cube in the center.
11. Cover the cheese very well else the cheese will popup when we deep fry the balls.
12. Now coat in flour mixture followed by egg-milk and breadcrumb mixture.
13. Heat enough oil in a pan. When the oil is moderately hot, put the balls.
14. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. or until golden brown. Not more than that.
15. Take out and serve hot with ketch up
