This cupcakes are so light and moist because of buttermilk. Some love to use sour cream but I found buttermilk is more convenient. You can make it at home too whenever your recipe calls. Add 2 cups of water to the 2-3 tbsp yogurt and stir this and your buttermilk is ready. Isn’t it as simple as that.
It has subtle flavor of chocolate because of cocoa powder and enhances taste too.
