Method to make cookies:
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 180 C.
  • Take out colored cookie dough from refrigerator.
  • Our indian flag is orange on the top, white in the middle and the last one is green. So begin with green cookie dough.
  • Press it with roller pin and try to give a rectangular shape. Don’t worry if your dough is not rectangular perfectly. You can cut the edge later. Make the dough thick. Don’t press it thin. The thickness should be like 1/2 inch. Keep it aside.
  • In the same way, prepare the green and white cookie dough. Size should be almost equal.
  • Now place the green dough on the base, then white vanilla dough and orange on the top (follow the Indian flag). Press it lightly and again refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove from refrigerator. Cut the edge first  to make it uniform.
  • Now cut into equal pieces and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Your cookies will be ready.
